Who we are
Massachusetts Roof Pros (https://massachusettsroofpros.com) is a marketing platform for Massachusetts roofing quote requests. We route visitors to a licensed, insured independent Massachusetts roofing contractor serving the requested area. We do not perform roofing work ourselves.
What we collect
- Contact information submitted by phone or form, including name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, and job notes.
- Roofing details such as leak location, roof age, requested service, storm timing, property access, material type, and photos or descriptions you choose to provide.
- Call information. Calls to (617) 397-4837 may be recorded after notice. Massachusetts is a strict all-party-consent state under M.G.L. c.272 Section 99. Calls to and from the published number may be recorded only after a recording notice is provided; by continuing with the call or leaving a voicemail after that notice, you consent to recording.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, requested page, and standard server logs used for security and site performance.
How we use information
- To route your quote request to a contractor serving the Massachusetts area you provide.
- To respond to roof replacement, roof repair, leak, storm, gutter, siding, or inspection requests.
- To maintain the site, prevent misuse, measure page performance, and improve lead quality.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with the servicing contractor, call-tracking provider, form or email provider, hosting provider, or vendors that help operate this site.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided by emailing quotes@massachusettsroofpros.com. Declining to provide roofing details may prevent a quote or inspection request from being completed.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
